As many of you are aware, NFA is closely involved in monitoring, attending strategic meetings and commenting upon the direction of flow of the proposed REACH Registration mechanism for the UK as this will directly impact our members.

Defra has released a statement outlining the policy direction of the Alternative Transitional Registration model (ATRm) for UK REACH and a consultation on the proposals will be published in early 2024.
